"This beloved circa 1897 dining hall might have the fair’s biggest breakfast menu. The Holey Hamloaf breakfast sandwich, one of this year’s best new foods, is tangy and meaty and heaped with caramelized onions; a sunny egg yolk peeks through the toast.
