"I'm excited that XinhXinh Bistro, a cheerful pho-and-bun restaurant, will open in September in the Matterhorn Building on SE Madison; the menu will offer usual suspects like banh mi and salad rolls, a variety of noodles including bun bo hue, dishes like satay, and a range of drinks—boba, smoothies, and Vietnamese iced coffee—and the restaurant has applied for a liquor license.
