"The restaurant is the work of co-owners/brothers Joe and Kevin Nierstedt. The pair grew up on James Island and have worked in kitchens from New York to the Caribbean. The vibe is casual roadside kitchen with colorful interiors and counter service. Eater contributor and hot chicken expert Robert Donovan gave the spicy offerings a thumbs up on a recent visit and came back with photos of the restaurant and the plates.
