"A locally owned café known for flaky Pop‑Tart–style pastries is opening a third Las Vegas–area location in May near Downtown Summerlin at 9580 W. Sahara Avenue. The shop will sell pistachio-cream Pop‑Tart treats, doughnuts and savory items like vegan tomato bowls and salmon and brioche Benedicts, with a coffee menu ranging from classic cortados to pistachio Dubai chocolate lattes, pink rose lattes and matcha.
