Portland’s Tov Coffee Is Selling Its Iconic Double-Decker Bus | Eater Portland

"A limited-run pop-up highlighting New Mexican cuisine, run by chef Rob Connoley on February 22 and 23 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Connoley said in an email that his “culinary roots are in New Mexican cuisine,” and he plans to showcase that tradition during the pop-up; he was previously a James Beard Award finalist for his work at his St. Louis restaurant.
