"In the modern-meets-historic dining room of the Italianate mansion formerly known as Montfort Hall, I gathered with 24 friends and strangers over lemony handmade pasta, fork-tender short ribs, and velvety chocolate budino served in vintage teacups during a Supper Club dinner. Sarah Shepherd and chef Liz Grandchamp created the Supper Club to evoke intimate, old-fashioned dinner parties and to invite locals to experience the nine-room boutique hotel and event space without booking a stay.
