"A Texas-born churrascaria launched in San Antonio in 2014 that has since expanded to three California locations and plans for Charleston, South Carolina. It is moving into an 8,787-square-foot space at Fashion Show Mall a few steps from the Strip, facing Wynn and Encore and situated between neighboring restaurants; the room will hold up to 417 people and has an estimated $600,000 construction budget. The concept features tableside service by bandanna-wearing servers who slice 17 different cuts of meat, alongside unlimited access to an oversized 40-item salad bar. Menu highlights include top sirloin, filet mignon, picanha, and grilled salmon; the all-you-can-eat offering is listed at about $39 for weekday lunch and $62 for daily dinner.
