"A slider-focused pop-up inspired by White Castle and Krystal, centering on small 'fat stacks' available with beef or chicken, cheese, and pickles. The menu also includes chicken fingers, crinkle fries, tater tots, and a trio-style option of three sliders with a side (called 'sacks') as well as a large family meal with 12 sliders, both fries and tots, and two sauces. Extra condiments include sriracha ketchup, togarashi ranch, and Buffalo hot sauce. For dessert there are 'fatties'—Twinkie-like sponge cakes filled with chocolate or marshmallow cream—and drinks include root beer and dreamsicle floats, while cocktails, beer, and wine are provided by the host venue. Service is walk-up at the venue’s window for to-go or dine-in (no online ordering); dine-in guests receive a number and have meals delivered by a server. COVID-19 precautions such as QR-code menus and social distancing are in place. The pop-up launched on specific weekend dates (with hours adjusted after an onsite break-in) and will continue to operate at various city locations using the restaurant’s food truck." - Nadia Chaudhury
