"Secret of Siam replaces the vacant former home of Novecento pizzeria, shuttered since March. A Centennial Center resident for six years, all signs of of Marc Sgrizzi’s 900-degree pizza oven have been covered over and the casual dining room is now home to lunch specials, a sliding scale of heat attached to its spicy dishes and house special tilapia, charbroiled prawns, and salmon teriyaki dishes." - Bradley Martin
