"On the heels of comedian Carlos Mencia’s favorite restaurant in Las Vegas closing, I learned that a new location of the Chinese-American chain is set to debut at Town Square on Sunday. The restaurant will feature a new catering-style kitchen meant to handle delivery, catering, and carry-out orders; a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted wall mural in UNLV colors that includes the number 837 (the exact number of consecutive sold-out shows performed by Elvis at the Las Vegas Hilton) and a pair of dice showing 2 and 6 (which equal 8, a lucky number in Asian culture); a bar pouring local beers such as Tenaya Creek Hauling Oats Stout, 702 Pale Ale, and Able Baker Atomic Duck IPA; and the full roster of dishes, including hand-rolled dumplings, sushi, and desserts. It sits across the street from California Pizza Kitchen and the under-construction first Las Vegas site of Chicken Guy! from celebrity chef Guy Fieri." - Susan Stapleton
