"I've watched visitors flock to the edge of the Willamette for the Waterfront Blues Festival at Tom McCall Waterfront Park since 1988; this year the festival runs July 1–4 from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., features four stages along the river and headliners including Buddy Guy, the Mavericks, JJ Grey and Mofro, Cory Wong, and Los Lonely Boys, and currently has tickets starting at $50.
