"Tacos El Pastor is preparing to open in the former space of Tacos El Gordo at 3049 Las Vegas Boulevard S. It will offer a Mexican-themed entertainment 'supper club' with a 60-foot stage for DJs and live bands, operating from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. on weekends.
