Tacos El Pastor replaces the original Strip home of Tacos El Gordo - Eater Vegas

"Tacos El Pastor is preparing to open in the former space of Tacos El Gordo at 3049 Las Vegas Boulevard S. It will offer a Mexican-themed entertainment 'supper club' with a 60-foot stage for DJs and live bands, operating from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. on weekends. The restaurant will serve a variety of tacos and other Mexican dishes, with a promise of 'the best tacos on the Strip.'" - Bradley Martin
