Customers order at the counter by marking their chosen fish or protein, preferred format (bowl, taco, sandwich), and side choices on reusable dry-erase menus; the menu also includes soups and larger entrees such as a lobster roll, fish and chips, and a seafood dinner plate, plus vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options.
