"Planned as a higher-end, open-fire restaurant occupying both floors (and possibly the cellar) of the 1911-era Craftsman-style home on the Leisuretown site, the Craftsman will lean more steakhouse than the prior operator, replacing the coffee station with a cocktail program and promising a menu built entirely around 100 percent open-fire cooking using a new Fatstack Smoker; partners Isaias Hernandez and Brad Kominek aim for a (hopefully) April opening and for Kominek’s beers to be brewed on-site to pair with the food." - Sean Vukan
