"Noona Korean Steakhouse Opens at Parsons Alley in DuluthAs Atlanta’s food editors predicted, Duluth is the neighborhood to watch, and restaurant and retail development Parsons Alley seems to be leading the charge. The Korean steakhouse and oyster bar opened its doors last Friday ahead of the holiday weekend. Noona is the latest restaurant from Michael Lo and George Yu who also own Decatur’s Taiyo Ramen and Suzy Sui’s Baos at Krog Street Market.
