"I reviewed a video recorded by Chicago bartender Michael Beard showing customers inside a sports bar steps from Wrigley Field without masks or social distancing at 12:44 a.m.—past the city's 11 p.m. bar curfew—raising fears that reckless behavior could prompt another shutdown. The Dugout, 950 W. Addison Street, was the subject of Bar Rescue and owner Ed Cressy told CBS Chicago he kicked Beard out for arguing and that the bar follows city and state regulations.
