"Now open at 74 Summer St. in Downtown Crossing, this new fast-food location brings the chain’s familiar Mexican-adjacent menu—tacos, burritos, Crunchwrap Supremes, Doritos Locos tacos, and layered cheese-and-meat tortilla concoctions—to the center of Boston after the brand’s area footprint had been limited to outlying sites in West Roxbury, Everett, Cambridge, and a few suburban locations. While the company has been expanding a booze-filled “cantina” format in cities like Chicago, Las Vegas, and Austin, this Downtown Crossing spot is not a cantina and will serve the regular menu only (a rumored cantina in Somerville never materialized).
