"The newest restaurant to occupy this peaceful spot overlooking the Sunriver marina, Rio Sol serves a menu of of Latin American, Mexican, and Peruvian food. Diners can start with unique appetizers like cornmeal-crusted fried avocados with cilantro lime crema, pickled cabbage, and onions, or opt for avocado as one of the taco fillings. Other taco options include smoked spicy wild mushrooms or roasted cauliflower.
