"Restaurateur Christopher Bredesen opened Riviera Mexican Cantina in Redondo Beach on May 6, in a prime waterfront location. The venue offers coastal Mexican cuisine with dishes like shrimp taquitos, lobster enchiladas, and birria quesatacos. The interior features vaulted wood ceilings, white paint, new blonde wood floors, and wicker chandeliers and chairs, all designed to provide an oceanfront view from every angle.
