Noah Halal - Shawarma & Gyros

Gyro restaurant · Creston-Kenilworth

@eater

"This Southeast Powell food cart, in a John’s Marketplace pod, stuffs lightly blistered flatbread with well-seasoned halal lamb or little balls of falafel, joined by lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, and tzatziki. The gyros come wrapped with thicker pita while thinner saj envelopes the wraps; regardless of the choice, these sandwiches are gargantuan with nice attention to detail, balancing zippy sauces with plenty of pops of brine or pickle. For dessert, an order of pistachio baklava is a must. Customers can drop in or place orders online through Doordash or Uber Eats." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden
