"Hidden behind a disguised walk-in cooler door and reached via a back staircase from an outside kitchen, this hush-hush speakeasy occupies a 1,500-square-foot space that seats up to 42 guests. It operates Wednesday through Saturday from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m., and reservations are required — guests must text (248) 794-1261 for a secret code or book through the venue's website. The focus is on specialty cocktails and small plates; sample menu items include an herb-crusted fillet mignon stuffed with chèvre, lump crab napoleon, lobster mac and cheese, and vegan meatballs.
