"Texas’s first standalone brick-and-mortar location of Shaq’s fast-casual fried chicken sandwich concept is opening in Woodland Square with a grand-opening celebration on Saturday, June 24 that will include giveaways, games and a live DJ from 1–3 p.m. The menu mixes the owner’s childhood favorites with modern comfort-food twists, featuring crispy chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, Cheez-It–crusted mac and cheese, shakes and signature items such as the “Shaq Attack” sandwich (pepper jack, jalapeño coleslaw and spicy chipotle barbecue sauce), the mac-and-cheese–loaded “Charles Barkley” with crispy fried onions and roasted garlic aioli, and “Dirty” fries topped with cheese, bacon, banana peppers and chipotle barbecue sauce.
