"A recently opened multi-concept drinking and dining destination that combines two taprooms, a cocktail bar, a wine room called Élevage, a kitchen, and a bottle shop. It’s a collaboration among local booze producers Deacon Giles Distillery, Idle Hands Craft Ales, and Hermit Thrush Brewery (the latter known for sour beers), while the Élevage wine room features boutique global producers selected by Vineyard Road. Currently operating with no reservations, hours are Tue–Fri 4:00–11:30 p.m. (kitchen closes at 10 p.m.), Sat 11:30 a.m.–11:30 p.m. (kitchen closes at 10 p.m.), and Sun 11:30 a.m.–10:00 p.m. (kitchen closes at 9 p.m.). The patio welcomes well-behaved dogs and will host live music and other events." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal
