"I'm reporting that Second Bar + Kitchen, the Austin New American restaurant from La Corsha Hospitality Group, will open a Mineral Wells location inside the Crazy Water Hotel on Friday, October 27. La Corsha regional VP and executive chef David Bull relocated to Mineral Wells for the project. The Mineral Wells menu will feature familiar Second Bar dishes such as black truffle pomme frites, pastas, pizzas, and more, alongside vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options; cocktails will include drinks made with the hotel’s bottled Crazy Water plus a range of nonalcoholic options and beers. The space will host Thursday pop-up dinners and operate 5–10 p.m. Thursday, 11 a.m.–10 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m.–10 p.m. Saturday, and 8 a.m.–2 p.m. Sunday.
