Temescal’s 20-Year-Old Doña Tomás Will Close at the End of the Summer | Eater SF

"Planned to open at 3770 Piedmont Avenue in mid-September, Doña will be a 90-seat, laid-back Mexican restaurant related in concept to Doña Tomás (Savitsky is dropping the 'Tomás' as a nod to her former partner) and is being opened with Doña Tomás manager Andee Brown. It will feature counter service all day, every day; a weekday breakfast menu with pastries; a larger bar and accompanying bar-food menu; continued weekend brunch; and a 30–50-seat patio for outdoor dining. Doña will occupy about 4,300 square feet on the ground floor of the subdivided former Chow space." - Ellen Fort
