"Prolific LA restaurateur Tancredi DeLuca took over Hank’s in Pacific Palisades earlier this year and made some subtle yet significant tweaks to the space and menu before reopening on April 3. The former burger-focused menu has shifted into one that serves herb-roasted Jidori chicken, steak frites, with an excellent California, French, and New Zealand wine list. In addition, the space is brighter thanks to Deluca’s team adding French doors to connect the patio and interior dining room.
