"Opened in late August in Mid-City, Agave House takes Mexican flavors as a starting point and pushes them into less traditional territory; restaurant manager Michael Corolla describes the menu as a “progressive look” at those flavors. That approach yields dishes like chicken enchilada pasta and crawfish nachos, while fans of more standard Mexican fare can still find plenty of tacos, burritos, enchilada and tortilla soups.
