Juicy gyro meat, shaved fresh from large spits, is heaped onto warm pitas and dressed with inventive toppings. Try the Philly Gyro, made with roasted red peppers and melty provolone, or the Screaming Spicy Gyro, made with a bonnet habanero chutney and topped with spicy tzatziki.
