Rooster Soup Co. Loses Its Chef - Eater Philly
"Rooster Soup Co., Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook’s Center City diner, donates all its profits to charity. George Sabatino, who joined the restaurant in February, has already left. Jarrett O’Hara, who has been with Rooster Soup since it opened, has taken over as chef. Rooster Soup Co. opened in early 2017 with a retro style and aims to use discarded chicken bones from Federal Donuts, another venture by Solomonov and Cook.
