"Opened in Bellingham by Jordan Koplowitz (a former Blotto co-owner) and Christy Wyble (the former front-of-house lead), the new restaurant drew high praise from Seattle Times food writer Bethany Jean Clement, who said it "is 1,000% worth the road trip — and, somewhat unbelievably, even better than the great Blotto in several ways."
