"Barter & Shake, the team behind immersive cocktail bars UnderTow, Platform 13, and Grey Hen Rx at Century Grand, bought the beloved industry dive bar Shady’s with the intent of moving away from their usual shtick: a 90-minute, reservations-only, theatrical experience. The result is Sunny’s, which follows the same template as its predecessor: a kick-back hangout for industry folks who just want to relax, and maybe play a little pool, before or after work. The pool table and booths have been refurbished but not enough to make the place feel fussy or upscale.
