Armand and Elkhair Balla, I'm heading to Atlanta Utility Works in East Point this weekend; it runs 2 to 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and will showcase Caribbean, Creole, and Southern flavors from Atlanta chefs including Todd Richards, Claudia Martinez, Stephan Durand, and Nickey Boyd, who will whip up savory dishes, desserts, and drinks.
