"A Winston-Salem brasserie recently hired sommelier Christina Morris (accredited by The Court of Master Sommeliers) who also serves as assistant general manager; she plans to transform the spot into a regionally competitive, French-focused wine destination by adding wine-flight offerings and expanding the bottle list from about 200 to roughly 1,000 to better complement the brasserie menu. Morris earned Level 2 Sommelier Certification in 2013 at age 23 and brings experience from Cuvaison Winery in Napa, the Nashville Food & Wine Festival, and City Winery in Nashville." - Erin Perkins
