"Northern Cafe’s second location in Irvine doesn’t specialize in one region but instead serves a broad range of Chinese dishes. Sichuan dishes share the menu with xiao long bao (soup dumplings), bubbling hot pots, and crispy Chongqing-style fried chicken. Taiwanese-style house beef noodle soup goes well in between bites of crispy pan-fried scallion pancake.
