"Opening July 11 at 7 a.m. in historic Downtown Carrollton, this new shop is the company’s first combined retail space and on-site roastery. Founded in 2017, the business previously operated a roaming food truck, a UTD campus stand, and a separate roastery in Denton, and it also supplies local cafes and grocers with single-origin beans from places like Kenya, Burundi, and Peru.
