"As a takeout-only pop-up running for the next three weekends, XITA will feature burgers cooked by Perfecte Rocher on the restaurant’s wood-fire grill using Snake River Farms wagyu beef, with a hazelnut-finished bacon option and some pork sandwiches; burgers and sandwiches are priced $13–$16, and beer from local brewery Bad Jimmy’s is available as an add-on.
