"Inside Terminal 2 at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, I discovered the newest nearly 12,000-square-foot Centurion Lounge, an exclusive American Express space with a D.C.-centric drink and wine list; the menu was created by James Beard winner Michael Solomonov alongside Michelle Bernstein and Ravi Kupar and features an Israeli twist alongside Latin and Hawaiian influences — highlights include shabazi-spiced salmon with pomegranate barbecue sauce, chimichurri grilled chicken, and tamari-honey glazed tofu.
