Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, known for its fiery, crispy tenders, formed a Texas-specific business LLC in Dallas earlier this month, Eater Austin reports. A rep for the chain confirmed to Eater that Hattie’s is looking at opening possible locations in Dallas, Houston and Austin.
