"Piñatas hang from the ceiling of this Rockwood-based Mexican supermarket, a favorite of Luna Contreras, the celebrated pop-up chef behind Chelo. The market’s restaurant, El Rinconcito, uses a foundation of handmade corn tortillas, which support piles of tripa, lengua, and satisfyingly salty carnitas. The real appeal, however, is the market’s selection of tacos al vapor, steamed as opposed to comal-griddled with fillings like shredded beef and chicharron.
