"Opening in Lake Highlands as the owners' latest project, this cozy 3,000-square-foot Irish pub was created by gutting and reconstructing a long-vacant veterinary clinic and features custom carpentry, pub tables and a dog-friendly patio. Run by Cheryl and Peter Kenny, the menu blends a weekend brunch program (10 a.m.–3 p.m.) — with smoked salmon potato cakes, a hangover sandwich, Eggs Norwegian, “Pick Me Up” cocktails and alcohol-free options — with classic pub fare like steamed mussels, flatbreads, fish and chips, shepherd’s pie, salads, burgers and sandwiches.
