"A new 5,000-square-foot gastropub at the resort offers a modern-cuisine menu and a bonus outdoor patio, plus a main bar, lounge, a 14-seat private dining room and a stage in the dining room for live performances Thursday–Saturday at 8 p.m. The Novus Architecture–designed interior pairs retro star-shaped lighting salvaged from the demolished Stardust with eclectic fixtures, booth and table seating, large mounted TVs and brick, reclaimed wood and mirrored walls; the firm previously created the look for a sibling gastropub at the Orleans. The menu highlights new flavors, craft cocktails and house brews from Main Street Station’s Triple 7 microbrewery, with appetizers such as a giant pretzel with ale-house cheese fondue, Baja rock shrimp in Dos Equis beer batter, and chicken lettuce wraps with tofu, crisp water chestnuts and fresh green onions. Dinner offerings include pizzas, entrée salads, grilled sandwiches, seafood, steak, ribs and 10-ounce burgers; the current cult favorite is a Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and gluten-free and vegan options are available. Hours are Wednesday–Sunday 5–11 p.m. (to midnight Friday–Saturday), closed Monday–Tuesday; happy hour runs 5–7 p.m. and 9 p.m.–close with a spin-the-wheel additional drink special. The restaurant sits up the escalator at the east-side entrance of the resort, next door to SC Prime Steakhouse & Bar, and officially debuted at 5 p.m. on May 16." - Bradley Martin
