"Great for dinner but better known as one of Richmond's finest dim sum destinations, I go to Jade Seafood Restaurant for classic har gow (steamed shrimp dumplings) done right with a crunchy snap to the shrimp; I also order the pickled ginger with century egg and prawn roll and the steamed mushroom dumplings that feature a trio of mushrooms with a strong truffle scent.
