Located at the foot of the Adler hotel in Hollywood, it still has a menu categorized by greasy spoon staples, including a behemoth all-day breakfast list kicked up with griddle classics like a crisp almond-flour-blend waffle and challah French toast; omelets and two-egg plates; bagel platters; and Angeleno-coded dishes such as chilaquiles and huevos rancheros.
