Two New Spots for Comforting Noodle Soups Land in Cambridge’s Central Square | Eater Boston

"This newcomer highlights Lanzhou-style beef noodle soup made with hand-pulled, chewy noodles prepared by head chef Owen Zhang and served with slices of beef in a rich, meaty broth—a comfort the owner likens to a daily ritual. Run by first-time restaurateur Sean Xiao and his cousin Marissa Chen, the menu also offers noodle bowls with tomato and egg, pork, and chicken, stir-fried noodles, and a variety of hot and cold small plates including Sichuan pepper chicken, barbecued lamb skewers, and sticky, tender sweet-and-sour short ribs. During the soft-opening the restaurant is open 11:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. and 5:30–9:00 p.m., and closed on Thursdays." - Erika Adams
