"Opening Sunday, January 26 at 11 a.m., this new 3,100-square-foot burger bar in the historic Stockyards occupies a former working stable—its original horse stalls remain visible inside—and pairs rustic equestrian design (stone walls, industrial blackened steel and salvaged-walnut tabletops by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture) with eco-friendly materials. The menu centers on the chain’s signature 100% all-natural Angus beef burgers, chicken sandwiches, griddled flat-top dogs and frozen custards, and includes Texas-only items like a Link Burger topped with Pecan Lodge sausage plus new frozen-custard concretes: S’Mores and Pie Oh My (the latter featuring chunks of Four & Twenty Blackbirds seasonal pie, with 5% of its sales donated to Alliance For Children).
