"Rumi’s Passion is known for its gluten-free and, often, dairy-free pastries and the shop offers both for Paczki Day patrons with dietary restrictions and sensitive stomachs. Paczki will be available for preorder until Tuesday, February 25 (or before if they meet capacity), and paczki will be available first come, first serve on Saturday, March 1 and Tuesday, March 4. The following flavors will be dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and oat-free this year: custard with chocolate topping, vanilla cream with chocolate topping, raspberry with glaze, lemon with powdered sugar, blueberry with powdered sugar, and cannoli cream with powdered sugar." - Courtney Burk
