"Sustainable seafood spot Fiish has moved from its smaller original pop-up location to a larger space in the back corner of the Platform development. Chef-owner Colin Whitbread, partner Jamo Willis, and executive chef Cody Requejo have expanded the casual Japanese menu to include options like dry-aged fish and a full omakase option, which can also be vegan.
