A Local Player Is Debuting Both Coffee and Ramen Shops Along Mississippi Avenue | Eater Portland

"Slated to open in May within Grand Fir Brewing, this project was tipped to Eater Portland by Ron Scott and is being launched by Whitney Burnside (Grand Fir brewmaster), Doug Adams (chef), and A.J. McCafferty (ceramicist). Details are scant so far, but each evening Adams and McCafferty will host meals of locally sourced fare. Diners can already join a supper club for $500 a year; that deal includes priority access to collaboration dinners, six tickets to dinner at the club, and more." - Paolo Bicchieri
