"At the Nevada Hotel in York — a historic property whose architecture is modeled on the WWII USS Nevada and which opened over the summer — I enjoyed a playful ‘Maine meets the Pacific Islands’ menu that leans on local ingredients. Standouts include a cheesy lobster rangoon dip, a curry of local shrimp with coconut rice, and a house fried rice studded with broccolini, scallions and other vegetables in a sesame-soy sauce (highly recommended with crispy house-made spam).
