"I (identified in the lawsuit by the pseudonym C.T.) arrived at the Clackamas Red Robin on March 24, 2021, with a party of eight, including children, and was told by employees we had to be seated at separate tables despite seeing several other large, white groups seated together; I say the restaurant manager, Jason Fosberg, referred to our group as a “big gang,” and although I questioned the differential treatment I agreed to be seated separately. While eating a garden salad I had ordered, I became aware that it contained semen — I ate a decent amount before noticing a funny taste and then discovered a pool of semen under the greens — I complained to management that night, began feeling sick and vomited, and went to the hospital for nausea and a panic attack. The to-go salad leftovers tested positive for semen in laboratory analysis, and the report confirmed the semen was not mine. My lawyer, Jason Kafoury, is seeking $1 million in damages for sexual abuse, negligence, and racial discrimination and says identifying a male staff member’s DNA would expose deeper liability; Red Robin has not responded to requests for comment." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden
